Week 14 2024

Today, I went to Jungle Jim’s and IKEA with students in my interaction design course. It’s one of my favorite field trips. We did “user experience in the wild” and experienced each store as shoppers to understand better how each store creates a unique experience. We used my Shopping User Experience field tool and wandered through the stores, looking for ways their designs were useful, usable, desirable, and memorable.
