A Map for Christmas (Songs)
An infographic I designed that maps out Christmas songs based on their content.
For the December issue of Chatter Magazine, I was called on to design the “funny” part of the issue and it sparked an idea that quickly became the most fun thing I’ve ever designed. I embarked on an information design piece that would geographically map Christmas songs. The truth is, I actually know all of these songs and I’m not sure if I should be proud of that or not. Nevertheless, Here’s the result.

Incredible – it feels so right. The finer details are so great like ‘unpaved road’ leading to ‘the sticks’ . . . this work of yours is gold. How widespread has it been able to get? I hope FAR.
Thanks so much… it was fun to make. It made a run the the magazine and won an award, but beyond that hasn’t been featured elsewhere (not that I’d have a problem with that, of course).
